Daniel Morales is a native of the DFW area, and was born and raised in Grand Prairie, Texas. After receiving his Bachelor’s degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice in just 3 years from the University of Texas at Arlington, Dan earned his Juris Doctorate from Loyola University School of Law in New Orleans.
Service to his community and to those in need have been the touchstones of Dan’s legal career. After representing the interests of injured clients at a large Dallas law firm for several years, he came to R. E. Lopez and Associates to join a practice more suitable to his desire to offer a truly personalized level of service to his clients. His practice is dedicated to a client first approach that consistently generates favorable results. Dan knows that effective negotiations in the personal injury field require aggressiveness and tenacity, and his record of trial successes is a testament to his attention to detail and commitment to preparation. He is Board Certified in Personal Injury Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, a distinction held by fewer than 2% of Texas attorneys, and at R.E. Lopez and Associates, Dan serves as the firm’s litigation partner.
Dan and his wife Brandi have two sons, and they enjoy camping, skiing, and skydiving together, as well as spending time with the family’s two labs; Scout and Ranger.
